Event Details

Social-Emotional development is the foundation for all growth. Infants experience a series of distinctive social-emotional stages as they grow. By understanding these stages, caregivers can better support each child's developing sense of self, relationships with others, understanding of social rules and ability to work out feelings through communication and creative play.

 

El desarrollo social-emocional es la base para todo el crecimiento. Los bebés pasan por una serie de etapas sociales-emocionales distintas a medida que crecen. Si comprenden estas etapas, los cuidadores pueden apoyar mejor el sentido de individualidad en desarrollo de cada niño, sus relaciones con los demás, la comprensión de las reglas sociales y la capacidad para expresar sus sentimientos a través de la comunicación y los juegos creativos.
